2. Personal Data We Process
We process personal data that you provide directly or that is generated when you use the Website and our Services, including:
Identity and contact data — such as your name and email address.
Order and Campaign data — such as your Order ID, selected platform, public profile username or URL, selected content links, Campaign Setup, Campaign Goals, and Campaign status.
Billing data — such as invoicing details, transaction references, and payment status. We do not store complete payment-card details.
Communication data — such as messages sent through contact forms, email, live chat, or customer support.
Technical data — such as IP address, browser and device information, Website activity, security logs, and fraud-prevention data.
Marketing and cookie preferences — such as newsletter consent, unsubscribe status, and cookie choices.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, where applicable, for the following purposes:
Performance of a contract — to process Orders, configure and deliver Campaigns, communicate about Campaign status, and provide customer support.
Legal obligations — to comply with accounting, tax, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements.
Legitimate interests — to protect the Website, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, improve our Services, and provide effective customer support.
Consent — for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies where consent is required.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. AI-assisted analysis may support Campaign matching and delivery configuration.
4. How We Share Personal Data
We may share personal data only where reasonably necessary with:
- payment and billing providers;
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email, communication, and customer-support providers;
- analytics and performance-measurement providers, where enabled;
- fraud-prevention and Website-security providers;
- professional advisers or public authorities where legally required; and
- selected Campaign partners involved in Campaign delivery.
Selected Campaign partners may receive limited publicly available information, such as a public profile URL or public content link, where necessary to support Campaign promotion. We never provide partners with passwords, authentication codes, private messages, or restricted account information.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International Data Transfers
Some service providers or Campaign partners may process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
Where required, international transfers are protected through an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognised safeguard.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Order, billing, and accounting records may be retained for up to ten years where required by applicable law. Customer-support and Campaign information is retained for the period necessary to provide the Service, handle requests, prevent fraud, and resolve potential disputes.
Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Data-protection rules require retention periods to be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose and legal obligations.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict processing;
- receive eligible data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- object to direct marketing; and
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, contact info@socialprime.uk
You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or another competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.
8. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including:
- encrypted connections;
- access controls;
- restricted access for authorised personnel;
- secure hosting and monitoring;
- backups and security procedures; and
- fraud-prevention measures.
No internet transmission or electronic-storage method can be guaranteed as completely secure.
9. Cookies and Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies required for Website functionality, security, checkout, and user preferences.
Where enabled, optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only after consent where required. Visitors may manage or withdraw their choices through the Website’s cookie settings.
Further information may be provided in our Cookie Policy or cookie-preference tool.
10. Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to social networks, payment providers, or other external services.
